Hi Everyone!
Due to a labeling issue with Easyship, we had a handful of misdirected shipments causing some backers to be double shipped. This update post is a huge shout out to say THANK YOU to those who took the time to notify our team, informing us that they had received an extra order, and helping us reroute these Roci's to their rightful owners. Please give yourself a pat on the back, and from all of us at IP Launch, we say... THANK YOU!

Hi Everyone!
We only have a few shipping updates left and are very close to being 100% delivered! Please see the most recent shipping updates below:
AU Orders: All AU orders have been 100% delivered!
US Orders: Currently 98% delivered as of March 15.
CA Orders: Also currently 98% delivered as of March 15.
UK Orders: The vessel has arrived at the port and packages have cleared customs! WOOT! These orders began dispatch on March 15. If you have not yet received an email regarding your order, don't worry, it is on its way to your inbox.
EU (NL) Orders: All EU orders have been 100% delivered!

Please note: For those of you who have stalled tracking information, we are working diligently with our shipping partner, Easyship, to ensure your orders are filled and will be reaching out via email with further information.

Hi everyone! As promised, here are some more shipping updates.
- CA Shipment: The Canada orders are currently 97% delivered!
- AU Shipment: 100% delivered!
- US Shipment: The US orders are currently 91% delivered!
- UK Shipment: We've been notified today that arrival to Felixstowe has been delayed to 3/6. Our freight company hasn't supplied any additional details, although we're guessing the port is still backed up and causing delays. We'll keep you updated as we learn more.
- EU (NL) Shipment: EU orders are currently 96% delivered!

Having Difficulty Inserting the Batteries?

We are here to help!
We've heard that a few of you are having difficulty inserting the batteries in the Roci. We've tested a number of units and although the fit IS tight on some of them, this is what we've found that works. Grasp your Roci firmly as shown in this video, with one hand on the main body and the other on the engine shaft. Then pull apart with a slight wiggle. That should be enough to disengage the clips and allow access. Let us know if this helps!

- AU Shipment:
This is our first shipment to be 100% delivered!! WooHoo!
- US Shipment:
All parcels have been dispatched and are out for delivery. These packages are currently at 64.69% delivered.
- UK shipment:
No change in the ETA for the UK shipment. These packages are still set to reach the port on 2/27. Only a few more days! We will update if this changes.
- EU (NL) shipment:
The EU orders are currently 75.86% delivered!
